Craig S. Walkon, Esq.
Mr. Walkon was born and raised in Michigan. He attended Michigan State University and graduated with honors in 1985. He attended law school at ABA-accredited Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan.
Mr. Walkon was admitted to the California Bar in 1989. Between 1989 and 1994, Mr. Walkon defended physicians and hospitals accused of Medical Malpractice. The Law Offices of Craig S. Walkon opened on December 16, 1994 when Mr. Walkon began representing individual plaintiffs utilizing the skills and experience he gained during years on the defense side.
In light of his varied litigation experience, Mr. Walkon offers clients counsel that is both insightful of insurance claims handling techniques and effective in successfully negotiating and obtaining significant financial compensation. This unique perspective allows Mr. Walkon to utilize his expertise to the benefit of each and every client.

Bradley J. Walkon, Esq.
Bradley Walkon, Craig’s oldest son, was born and raised in Orange County, California. In 2011, Mr. Walkon graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara after three years and with honors. He obtained a degree in Philosophy with a concentration on Ethics and Public Policy. In 2014, Mr. Walkon graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He earned honors recognition in completing a Concentration in Civil Litigation and Advocacy.
Mr. Walkon was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2014. He began his career working for a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm in Southern California, where his practice focused on medical-related defense and the representation of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and medical groups.
In 2015, Mr. Walkon joined the Walkon Law Firm. He inherited his father's sense of justice and commitment to obtaining significant compensation for the victims of medical negligence.
Andrew H. Walkon, Esq.
Andrew Walkon, Craig’s second son, was born and raised in Orange County, California. After graduating from the University of Southern California and being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2017, Andrew joined his father and brother at the Walkon Law Firm.
Since joining the Walkon Law Firm, Andrew has earned numerous awards based on his obtaining superb results in his cases, including awards for Top 10 Medical Malpractice Settlements in California, Top 20 Wrongful Death Settlements in California and Top 20 Personal Injury Settlements in Los Angeles County.
